Jonathan, thanks very much for the kind words. It certainly is a new chapter in my life, and for the first time in years, I feel kind of excited at the prospect of work. I wish you and your family all the best for Christmas and hope 2012 looks after you well.

Mik, It means a lot to read your comment. I am sure we were probably on the same list, but my illness prevented them from notifying me any sooner.

When I said I met and worked with some great people, you were certainly high up on that list. Your support and guidance was invaluable, and I smile when I remember some of our conversations.
