So yesterday Dad, Clive Green, and myself headed down to Southampton to the boat show. We met up about 09:00 and walked through the town to the train station. We only had to wait 5 minutes for the train and were in Southampton about 30 minutes later. We grabbed a taxi and were though the gates by about 10:00.
It was a lovely day, sunny and warm, and we slowly made our way around the various stands stopping briefly for the odd pint of Guinness. We didn’t buy a boat this time around but it has got us thinking about doing a flotilla next year. The photo’s are available in the Photo Gallery.
