Well the good news is that I am feeling a lot better, well aside from the hangover I have this morning. The beginning of the week was hard, and I really struggled to get going in the mornings, but as the week progressed I think I adjusted back into the swing of things.
Now there none the wiser as to what was wrong with me but I went back up to the hospital on Friday and they ran another bunch of tests which will hopefully come back early next week. Then they want me to go back again in 4-6 weeks so they can run them again to be on the safe side.
Otherwise things have pretty much returned to normal. Last Sunday we had Eleanor’s Christening, and Katrina and Rob put on a nice Bar-B-Que (Photo’s in the Photo Gallery). Monday it was back to work and the commute up to London. It was actually quite nice sitting on the train watching the lush green country side whizz by. What wasn’t so good was paying the £500 monthly ticket price for the pleasure. Work was busy but nothing new there. It was nice to see all the old faces again. Thursday night we had the monthly BP&S get together and it was nice catching up over a beer.
This weekend is the first I have really had since being back in the UK, after being sick, so I was looking forward to getting stuck into some of the house hold chores. It all started out well with a nice lay in and a leisurely breakfast. As I headed into town for a haircut it started to rain and it didn’t stop for the rest of the day. So after a spot of lunch I headed down to see Katrina, Rob, and the kids for the afternoon.
